About the Ingredients

NMN is a precursor to NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide), a crucial molecule found in every cell of the body. It plays a significant role in energy production, DNA repair, and cellular ageing. IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE:
In the EU, a determination in October 2022 changed the classification of Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) to novel food status - meaning it can no longer be used in food supplements in the EU region.

However, from the UK FSA website, there has been no such determination at this point:

The website specifically states that unless a contrary statement is listed, any decisions on the novel food status of a food made by the EU before the 1st of January 2021 still apply in GB. EU decisions following this date do not apply in GB.  

We know some clients that have listed this product on Amazon UK and have had their listing blocked - presumably based the EU determination. If you are going to list on Amazon UK there is a chance the product will get blocked eventhough there is nothing to suggest that the product is not compliant in the UK. We have taken advice from external consultants as well as our own in-house compliance checks and we believe NMN to be compliant for the UK market as things stand.
