Checking order status
You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:
The first confirms that your order has been received and will contain your receipt; this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.
The second confirms that your order has been posted (any tracking information will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 1 business day following authorisation of your credit card and verification of your information.
You can also check your order status at www.nutribl.com by logging into your account and checking your order history page. Click on either your name at the top of the screen or on the 'Your Account' link under the 'Customer Service' section at the bottom of the screen. You can select the 'Order History' tab from there.
Nutribl can
ship your private label products direct to FBA on your behalf. For clients who wish to use their own courier or ship to FBA, please select the 'FBA or Self Organised Courier' shipping option. A small
pick and pack fee will be charged for this but we will not charge anything for the shipping provider - as this will be supplied by you. Once the order is picked and packed, our fulfilment team will send you the details so that you can organise collection and send us the shipping labels to apply to your shipment.
