IMPORTANT UPDATE: COURIER COLLECTIONS

Now that Nutribl has moved into our new facility, we want to make sure all clients are clear on our updated courier collection process.
This is particularly important for clients who arrange collections using UPS, DPD, DHL, FedEx, Evri or other courier services, as the process may be different from what you have been used to previously.
Choosing Self Organised Courier, FBA or Ex-Works?
We will email you the collection details you need once your order is ready for collection.
Please keep an eye on your email. You will need these details to arrange your collection correctly.
IMPORTANT – Who Books the Collection?
We have regular daily collections with DPD from our facility. So you can send us your shipping labels and your parcel will then be collected.
If you are using any other courier — including UPS, DHL, FedEx, Evri or another carrier — YOU MUST BOOK THE COLLECTION WITH THE COURIER YOURSELF. A collection is not automatically arranged simply because you have selected Self Organised Courier or FBA and sent shipping labels.
This may be different from the service you have received from us previously, so please make sure anyone responsible for logistics or Amazon shipments within your business is aware of the change.
Amazon FBA Orders
For FBA shipments, we recommend selecting DPD where possible, as we already have regular DPD collections from our facility.
You can still use UPS, FedEx, DHL, Evri or another carrier, but you are responsible for booking the collection.
QUICK REMINDER -
DPD → Regular daily collections from our facility just send us the labels.
UPS / FedEx / DHL / Evri / other couriers → You must arrange and book the collection yourself.
