Nutribl offer a small stock range of Soil Association certified products available for private label.
We would respectfully ask all clients, using the Soil Association logo or claiming 'organic', to make sure they have the correct organic licence or agreement in place if needed.
Regardless of the route you take, ALL organic artwork requires approval by the Soil Association and our design team will need proof of approval before print moving forward.
The use of the Soil Association Organic Certification logo on your own brand of products will depend on your business model. There are 3 options depending on which sales channels you use and whether you are primarily Business to Consumer (B2C) or Business to Business (B2B):
As a basic summary if you are selling:
- B2C you don't need a licence (unless selling via Amazon) - Use Scheme 2 or No Scheme
- B2C via Amazon - you require a full Soil Association license. Use Scheme 1
- B2B - you require a full Soil Association license. Use Scheme 1
SCHEME 1 - Full Licence
Please contact the Soil Association goorganic@soilassociation.org and apply for a licence. The application can take 4-6 weeks including an inspection. Please let them know that you are a client of Troo Health Care Ltd (Licence number: DA272220).
Once the licence is granted you should send the product SIPS (we can provide a template) and artwork for review. The products will then be added onto your Soil Association schedule. Cost on application to the Soil Association.

SCHEME 2 and NO SCHEME (Not suitable if selling on Amazon)
SCHEME 2 The “Symbol User Agreement”
The symbol user agreement allows operations who do not need to be certified under the GB organic regulations to use the SA symbol on their products.
It is not mandatory for businesses to have an agreement in place, however if you choose to it provides additional reassurance to your customers that you are using a Soil Association Certification certified manufacturer/suppliers and your products and labels have been verified as complying with the standards.
On successful verification the brand holder will be issued a certificate and schedule confirming their brand is permitted to use the symbol on the named products. This certificate and schedule is not documentary evidence that the brand holder is certified to the EU organic regulations – it is regarding use of the SA symbol only. This scheme has a cost of £330 on application and annually at time of writing.
Additionally there is a charge of £99 per brand to be added to our schedule. Please purchase the following product to proceed with this option.
Organic SOIL Logo Setup
Please email hello@nutribl.com with your order number and completed labels. Once approval of the artwork is received from the Soil Association you will be added on to our schedule and the Symbol User Agreement prepared. Please be aware that this process can take up to 28 days to complete.
NO SCHEME - Use of Troo Health Care Licence
You can use ‘Organic’ with the SOIL Association logo if agreed and processed by ourselves (Troo Health Care Limited) as the products are pre approved under our licence. Your labels will still need to be checked and approved by the Soil Association.
There is a charge of £99 per brand to be added to our schedule. Please purchase the following product to proceed with this option.
